You can access this page by clicking on Products from your main menu, Manage Products from the dropdown menu, and then 1 to open the Stock/Price Uploader.

Stock and Price Uploader Fundamental

In this section, you will learn how to use the Stock and Price Uploader. This is a function of Manage Products. This enables you to both Download and Upload your Stock and Price settings for your Products.

Now that you have learned about the fundamentals of Stock and Price Uploader, you can continue to learn how to use the module.

To begin Stock and Price Uploader:

• ● 1 Download. In this section, you can configure and Download files containing Stock/Price settings for your Products.

• Brand * [Select brand]. Click this dropdown to Select the brand you would like to Download the Product Stock/Price settings for.  

• Download only enabled products. Click this checkbox to choose whether or not to Download only products that you have enabled.

• [Download]. Click this button to Download Stock/Price settings with the previous selections.

Now that you have covered the Download portion of Stock/Price Uploader, you can continue to the Upload section.

• ● 2 Upload. In this section, you can Upload files containing Stock/Price settings for your Products. The following fields enable you to identify Stock/Price settings’ columns and filing specifications.

• Brand * [Select brand]. Click this dropdown to Select the brand you would like to Upload the Product Stock/Price settings for.  

• Disable all products under the brand that are not part of this file. Click this checkbox to Disable all products under the brand that are not part of this file. This means that the Products included in the file you Upload will be prioritized over any other Products in your database.

• File based on Guid. Select this option to File based on Guid. You can only choose one criterion to File based on (Guid, Model Number, or Common ID).

• Column Name for Guid. In this field, enter the Column Name that contains the Product’s Guid.

• File based on Model Number. Select this option to File based on Model Number. You can only choose one criterion to File based on (Guid, Model Number, or Common ID).

• Column Name for Model Number. In this field, enter the Column Name that contains the Product’s Model Number.

• Apply this change to all variations. Click this checkbox to include all variations for this Model Number. 

• File based on Common ID. Select this option to File based on Common ID. You can only choose one criterion to File based on (Guid, Model Number, or Common ID).

• Column Name for Common ID. In this field, enter the Column Name that contains the Product’s Common ID.

• ● 3 Columns Names. In the following fields, enter a Column Name from the CSV File you Upload below, that you would like to be identified with Product Status.

• Column Name for Status. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Status.

• Column Name for Quantity. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Quantity.

• Column Name for Retail Price. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Retail Price.

• Column Name for Sale Price. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Sale Price.

• Column Name for Cost. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Cost.

• Column Name for Orderable. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Orderable.

• Column Name for Condition. In this field, enter a Column Name to be identified with Condition.

• ● 4 Choose CSV File [Browse]. In this field, click the Browse button to Choose a CSV file to Upload.

• Upload. Click this button to Upload the CSV file you have selected above.
