How to Get Around Build

You can access your Home Page by visiting your Build Portal. After entering your Username and Password, click on Sign In.
Home
Welcome to Build! This is the first page you will see after signing in. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the following sections, which can be quickly accessed from your home page.
- ● 1 Hello, [Your Name]. Clicking on this link will reveal a dropdown menu with the following options:
- My Profile. This enables you to set up your Profile.
- CMS Users. This enables you to manage your CMS Users.
- Sign Out. This enables you to Sign Out of the Build CMS.
- ● 2 Side Menu. This is your main navigation for Build, found along the left side of the screen. This allows you to access all of the CMS modules.
- ● 3 Dashboard. This is your default home screen and provides quick access to a variety of data.

- (C) Active Products
- (D) Active Products on Marketplaces
- (E) Active Diamonds
- (F) Active & Scheduled Promotions
- ● 4 ? Help. This button and others like it found throughout the CMS will connect you to Help articles such as this one.
Now that you have seen an overview of the Home screen, you can continue reading as this help guide walks you through the individual sections.
(1A) My Profile
● Your profile is your own personal section that allows you to view and make changes to your account information. Please refer to the screenshots and instructions below for more information on how to navigate your profile.
- You can access My Profile by clicking on the email address associated with your account, found in the upper right corner of the screen. This will display a dropdown menu.
- ● Clicking on My Profile will take you to the screen shown above. Here you will find the following fields (an underlined red asterisk denotes a required field):
- First Name *. This field requires you to enter the First Name to be identified with your Profile.
- Last Name *. This field requires you to enter the Last Name to be identified with your Profile.
- Email *. This field requires you to enter the Email address to be identified with your Profile.
- New Password. This field enables you to enter a New Password to be identified with your Profile.
- New Password Confirmation.This field enables you to provide a New Password Confirmation and re-enter the New Password to be identified with your Profile.
- Phone. This field enables you to enter the Phone number to be identified with your Profile.
- Image [Browse]. This button enables you to select an Image to be identified with your Profile.
- Alt Text. This field enables you to enter the Alt Text to be identified with your Image.
- [Update]. This field enables you to Update the above fields with any recent changes.
Now that you have set up your Profile, please continue on to the next section.
(2) CMS Users
The CMS Users screen displays and enables you to manage all users on your account. The image and steps below will explain in more detail how to use the CMS Users section of your page.
- Click ● 1 CMS Users from the dropdown menu to open a new screen.
- ● 1 Add New CMS User. Clicking on this will open a new screen where you can enter the information for a new user: First and Last Name, Username, Email, Password, and User Role (Administrator or User).
- [Search]. This field enables you to Search for a CMS User.
- ● 2 Name. This column displays the Name of the CMS User.
- ● 3 Email. This column displays the Email of the CMS User.
- ● 4 Role. This column displays the Role of the CMS User (Administrator or User).
- ● 5 Status [On | Off]. This setting controls whether the CMS User’s account is turned On or Off.
- ● 6 Actions. These three buttons enable you to Edit, Lock, or Delete a CMS User account.
Once you have finished viewing and making any changes to your CMS Users page, please continue on to the next section.
(3) Side Menu
Along the left side of the screen you will see a menu listing Build’s modules. From here, you can access all the CMS’s capabilities. Submenus will drop down when the arrows are clicked.
The small arrow at the very bottom of the screen collapses the list into an abbreviated icon format. In this mode, hovering over the icons will reveal their names and dropdown menus.
To the right of the side menu is your main screen. Upon logging in, the default area here will be occupied by the dashboard, which will be covered in detail in the next section.
(4) Dashboard
Your Dashboard was designed to provide you with a real-time overview of useful stats, which are automatically updated and can be easily checked on a regular basis.
- ● 1 Inquiries. In this section, you will see a table displaying all of your Inquiries. They’ll be grouped into two columns: Total and New. The Inquiries data included in this table are Form Submissions, Rolex Contact Us, Rolex Item Inquiry, Tudor Contact Us, Product Inquiries, Diamond Inquiries, Popup Submissions, Newsletter Registries, CCPA Inquiries, and Ring & Diamond Inquiry.
- ● You can learn more about Inquiries displayed in this section by reading the Inquiries articles.
- ● 2 Sales. In this section, you will see a table displaying Sales. In the upper right corner, you can click Date From and Date To to reveal a dropdown menu. This will change the data displayed in the rows below. The rows in this table include Total Sales and the Number of Orders.
- ● 3 Active Products. In this section, you will see a table displaying Active Products sorted by Source: Local, POS, and Laravo.
- ● 4 Active Products on Market Places. In this section, you will see a table displaying Active Products sorted by Market Places: Facebook Shop, Google Merchant Center, and Amazon.
- ● 5 Active Diamonds. In this section, you will see a table displaying Active Diamonds sorted by Diamond Sources: Rapnet, VDB, and Local.
- ● 6 Active and Scheduled Promotions. In this section, you will see a table displaying Active and Scheduled Promotions.
