Gift Cards Manager Fundamental

In this section, you will learn to use the Gift Cards Manager module. Gift Cards Manager enables you to View, Sort, and Search your Gift Cards. The main screen displays general information about Orders at a glance, and the Order Details screen shows more detailed information.

Here is an example of how the My Orders page on your website might look, which will reflect on the Manage Orders module in the Build CMS:

• ● 1 This area displays various buttons that can be used for Gift Cards items listed on this screen.

• [Choose Columns]. This button allows you to Choose Columns to display in the table.

• [Copy]. This button allows you to Copy all Gift Cards items to your clipboard.

• [CSV | Excel | PDF | JSON]. These buttons allow you to download the items in this table in CSV, Excel, PDF, and JSON formats.

• Print. This button allows you to Print the items in this table.

• ● 2 Search. This field enables you to Search for Gift Cards.

• ● 3 Columns. These columns display various information about Gift Cards.

• Guid. This column displays the Guid associated with the Gift Card.

• Gift Card Number. This column displays the Gift Card Number.

• Gift Card Token. This column displays the Gift Card Token.

• Date Purchased. This column displays the Date Purchased.

• Transaction ID. This column displays the Transaction ID.

• Actions [View Details]. This column displays the View Details button. Click the button to open the Details screen.

Details of Gift Card

This screen shows the full Details of the selected Gift Card. All of the fields shown, except for Email and Status, are already set and cannot be changed.

• ● GUID. This field displays the GUID of the Gift Card.

• ● Gift Card Number. This field displays the Gift Card Number.

• ● Gift Card Token. This field displays the Gift Card Token.

• ● Date Purchased. This field displays the Date that the Gift Card was Purchased.

• ● Time purchased. This field displays the Time that the Gift Card was Purchased.

• ● Transaction ID. This field displays the Transaction ID of the Gift Card.

• ● Email. This field displays the Email associated with the Gift Card.

• ● Amount Purchased. This field displays the Amount Purchased with the Gift Card.

• ● Amount Available. This field displays the Amount Available on the Gift Card.

• ● Status [Enable]. Clicking this checkbox determines whether or not to Enable the Gift Card.
