Build.Shop Documentation - Mobile App
You can access the Build.Shop Mobile App by downloading the app to your mobile device and then navigating to the Build.Shop Mobile App on your mobile device desktop.
Build.Shop Mobile App - Fundamental
The Build.Shop Mobile App enables you as a Build.Shop client to receive the latest updates from your website. This provides a convenient solution for accessing your Build.Shop site directly from your mobile device. This guide will walk you through how to use the Build.Shop Mobile App.
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, you can continue to the next section of the guide (Login Screen).
Login Screen
After you have launched the application, the Login Screen will be displayed, prompting you to enter the necessary Login Credentials.
- ● 1 Login to your account. In these fields, you must enter the following information:
- Shop ID. In this field, you must enter your Shop ID. This can be retrieved by navigating to the Settings - General Settings module of your Build Portal.
- Email. In this field, you must enter your Email address. This must be the same address that you use to login to your Build Portal.
- Password. In this field, you must enter your Password. This must be the same address that you use to login to your Build Portal.
After you have entered the above information, check the terms and conditions and privacy policy confirmation box and then click Login.
Now that you have completed the Login Screen section, you can continue to the next section of the guide (Main Screen - Navigation).
Main Screen - Navigation
After you have logged in, you will see the Main Screen. From here, you can navigate to the different sections of the Build.Shop Mobile App. The layout contains Top and Bottom Navigation Bars which can be used to navigate to different screens.
- ● 1 Top Bar. This includes the Build logo on the left side and the Notifications Icon on the right side. This icon is used to launch the Notifications screen. The Notifications Icon can also display a red badge that shows the total number of new Notifications.
- ● 2 Bottom Bar. This includes four different icons: Home, Order, Inquiries, and Profile which are used to launch their respective screens.
Now that you have learned about the Main Screen - Navigation, you can continue to the next section of the guide (Home Screen).
(1) Home Screen
- ● 1 Home. Clicking on the Home Icon on the left side of the Bottom Navigation will provide you with access to several different groups of information at a glance.
- Inquiries. This section contains a graph of Total Inquiries that have been received through your website over the past 7 days.
- Sales. This section contains information about the total number of orders and total Sales on your website from its creation through the current day.
- Products. This section displays the total number of Products listed on your site, grouped by their Source.
Now that you have learned about the Home Screen, you can continue to the next section of the guide (Orders Screen).
(2) Orders Screen
- ● 2 Orders. Clicking on the Orders Icon in the left corner of the Bottom Navigation will enable you to access the Orders Screen. The screen displays your Orders while also allowing you to Search, Filter, and Sort.
- Search. The Search field at the top of the Orders Screen enables you to Search your Orders, and also includes Filter and Sort Icons to the right of the Search field. These Icons enable you to apply the desired Filters to your Search results, and to Sort your results according to the desired criteria.
- Gray Highlighted Orders. Orders that are Highlighted in Gray indicate that you have not yet visited the Order Details Page for the Order.
- Red Highlighted Orders. Orders that are Highlighted in Red indicate that this Order has been denied by the merchant.
- Order Details. Clicking on any Order will bring you to the Order Details screen, enabling you to view more specific information about the Order.

(3) Order Details Screen
The Order Details Screen includes the full scope of information available about the Order. The arrow on the top left side of the screen will bring you back to the previous screen. The Comment Icon on the top right will bring you to the Comments Screen.
- ● 3. Order Details. Each section includes a dropdown arrow to the right that will display the respective details.
- General Information. This section displays General Information about the Order, such as the Product Name and Price.
- Billing Information. This section displays Billing Information about the Order, such as the Payment Method.
- Shipping Information. This section displays Shipping Information about the Order, such as the Shipping Address.

(4) Inquiries Screen
Inquiries Screen
The Inquiries Screen displays a list of all the Inquiry categories that are available on your website. Clicking on any given Inquiry category will open a new screen showing the Inquiry Listing for that category.
- ● 4 Inquiries. Click on the Inquiries Icon at the Bottom Navigation Bar to reveal the list of Inquiries available on your website.
- Product Inquiries. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Details page for Product Inquiries.
- Diamond Inquiries. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Diamond Inquiries.
- Form Submissions. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Form Submissions.
- Popup Submissions. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Popup Submissions.
- Newsletter Registries. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Newsletter Registries.
- Rolex Contact Us. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Rolex Contact Us.
- Rolex Item Inquiry. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Rolex Item Inquiry.
- Tudor Contact Us. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Tudor Contact Us.
- CCPA Inquiries. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for CCPA Inquiries.
- Ring & Diamond Inquiries. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Ring & Diamond Inquiries.
- Wishlists. Clicking on this row will open the Inquiry Listing page for Wishlists.

(5) Inquiry Listing Screen
The Inquiry Listing Screen will display Inquiries associated with the specific Inquiry category that you have clicked on from the Inquiries Screen. An example is shown for Product Inquiries.
- ● 5 Product Inquiries.
- Search. The Search field at the top of the Product Inquiries Screen enables you to Search your Product Inquiries and also includes Filter and Sort Icons to the right of the Search field. These Icons enable you to apply the desired Filters to your Search results and to Sort your results according to the desired criteria.
- Gray Highlighted Inquiries. Inquiries that are Highlighted in Gray indicate that you have not yet visited the Inquiry Details Page for the Order.
- Inquiry Details. Clicking on any Inquiry will bring you to the Inquiry Details screen, enabling you to view more specific information about the Inquiry.

(6) Inquiry Details Screen
The Inquiry Details Screen includes the full scope of information available about the Inquiry. The arrow on the top left side of the screen will bring you back to the previous screen. The Comment Icon on the top right will bring you to the Comments Screen.
- ● 6. Inquiry Details. Each section includes a details heading followed by the respective details. The specific contents of Inquiry Details section may vary depending on the Inquiry.
- Main Details. This section displays Main Details about the Inquiry, such as the related Product and the Date.
- Customer Details. This section displays Customer Details about the Inquiry, such as the Customer Name and Customer Email.
- Extra Details. This section displays Extra Details about the Inquiry that may vary according to individual Inquiries.

(7) Profile Screen
The Profile Screen displays Profile information for currently logged-in users.
- ● 7 Profile. Click on the Profile Icon on the far right of the Bottom Navigation Bar to access the Profile Screen.
- Edit Profile. Clicking on the Edit Profile button enables you to change information associated with your Profile.
- Phone. The space next to the Phone Icon will display the Phone number identified with this Profile.
- Email. The space next to the Email Icon will display the Email address identified with this Profile.
- Terms and Conditions. Clicking on the arrow next to Terms and Conditions will display the Terms and Conditions associated with the Build.Shop Mobile App.
- Privacy Policy. Clicking on the arrow next to Privacy Policy will display the Privacy Policy associated with the Build.Shop Mobile App.
- Logout. Clicking on the Logout Icon will Logout the current user.

(8) Edit Profile Screen
The Edit Profile Screen enables you to Edit Profile information for the logged-in user.
- ● 8 Edit Profile. This section displays fields enabling you to Edit Profile information. The left arrow brings you back to the previous screen.
- First name. In this field, enter the First name to be identified with the Profile.
- Last name. In this field, enter the Last name to be identified with the Profile.
- Email. In this field, enter the Email address to be identified with the Profile.
- Phone. In this field, enter the Phone number to be identified with the Profile.
- New Password. In this field, enter the New Password to be identified with the Profile.
- Password Confirmation. In this field, confirm the Password to be identified with the Profile.
- Update Profile. When you are ready, click Update Profile to Update the Profile with any recent changes.

(9) Comments Screen
The Comments Screen allows you to Add, Read, and Delete comments associated with your Orders and Inquiries.
- ● 9 Comments. The Comments associated with a given Order or Inquiry are displayed here. You can Delete a Comment by dragging it to the left.
- New Comment. In this field, you can enter a Comment to be added. When you are ready, click the Add Comment button.

(10) Notifications Screen
The Notifications Screen displays a list of the latest Notifications about Orders and all Inquiries that are received from the client’s website.
- ● 10 Notifications. In this section, all Notifications are displayed, including the category, as well as its Date, Time, and Details.
- Notification Details. Clicking on any given Notification will display the Notification Detail Screen.
- Gray Highlighted Notifications. Notifications that are Highlighted in Gray indicate that you have not yet visited the Notifications Details Page for the Notification.
