You can access this page by clicking on Customers from your main menu and then clicking the Edit icon next to a Customer listing.
Customer Fundamental
In this section, you will learn to use the Customer module. Customer enables you to View and Edit a Customer account. As soon as a Customer registers an account on your website, you will be able to access it from this page.
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, this guide will walk you through the Customer module.
Customer: (Customer Name)
The Customer screen is separated into four sections, which will be covered separately below:
- ● 1 General Information.
- ● 2 Address Book.
- ● 3 Orders.
- ● 4 Wish List.
You can now continue with the walkthrough of the above sections, starting with General Information.
(1) General Information
- ● 1 Here you will find two rows of fields with values determined by the customer upon setting up the account.
- User ID. In this field, the User ID of the customer is displayed.
- Date. In this field, the Date the customer registered the account is displayed.
- Email. In this field, the Email address of the customer is displayed.
- First Name. In this field, the First Name of the customer is displayed.
- Last Name. In this field, the Last Name of the customer is displayed.
- Status [On | Off]. This button controls the Status of the customer account (On or Off).
Now that you have completed General Information, you can move on to the next section (Address Book).
(2) Address Book
- ● 2 This section displays information taken from the Address Book that a customer has set up in their Customer Account.
- Type. This column displays the Type of account (Billing, Shipping, or both).
- First Name. This column displays the First Name of the customer.
- Last Name. This column displays the Last Name of the customer.
- Company. This column displays the Company of the customer.
- Telephone. This column displays the Telephone of the customer.
- Fax. This column displays the Fax number of the customer.
- Address. This column displays the Address of the customer.
- City. This column displays the City of the customer.
- State. This column displays the State of the customer.
- Zip Code. This column displays the Zip Code of the customer.
- Country. This column displays the Country of the customer.
Now that you have completed Address Book, you can move on to the next section (Orders).
(3) Orders
- ● 3 This section displays information taken from Orders that a customer has made on your site.
- Trans ID. This column displays the Transaction ID for the Order
- Order Status. This column displays the Status of the Order .
- Tracking #. This column displays the Tracking # for the Order.
- Date Ordered. This column displays the Date Ordered.
- IP Address. This column displays the IP Address for the Order.
- Username. This column displays the Username for the Order.
- First Name. This column displays the First Name for the Order.
- Last Name. This column displays the Last Name for the Order.
- Products. This column displays the Products for the Order.
- Total. This column displays the Total cost for the Order.
- Payment Method. This column displays the Payment Method for the Order.
- Authorization Response Code. This column displays the Authorization Response Code for the Order.

(4) Wish List
- ● 4 This section displays information taken from a Wish List that a customer has made on your site.
- Image. This column displays the Image for the Wish List item.
- Date. This column displays the Date for the Wish List item.
- Product GUID. This column displays the Product GUID for the Wish List item.
- Model Number. This column displays the Model Number for the Wish List item.
- Status. This column displays the Image for the Wish List item.
