Linked Customer Accounts Fundamental
In this section, you will learn to use the Customers module to view Customer accounts that are linked to a financing account. If the In Housing Financing module is active, there will be a column
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, this guide will walk you through the Customers module.
- 1 In this area, you will find the Account Number column which shows the linked account number.
View Linked Account Information
In this section, you will learn to see a Customer's linked account information. Click on the Actions Button for the account you wish to view/edit.
In the In House Financing Accounts section of the Customer's account, you will see the linked account's information and the options to link/unlink a financing account.
- 1 Add Credit Account Button
The user can click this button to add a Credit Account to the customer's account information. A pop-up will appear that will allow the user to select the Customer's credit account using a dropdown.
- Close: Click this button to close the pop-up.
- Link Credit Card Account: When a credit account is selected via the dropdown, click this button to link the credit account to the customer account.
- 2 Credit Account Information
The user can view the Customer's linked credit account information. Several columns display information about the account.
- Account Number: This column displays the credit Account Number of the Customer.
- Customer Name: This column displays the Name of the Customer.
- Account Balance: This column displays the Account Balance of the Customer.
- Credit Limit: This column displays the Credit Limit of the Customer.
- Last Paid: This column displays the date Last Paid of the Customer.
- Last Payment Amount: This column displays the amount Last Paid by the Customer.
- Minimum Payment: This column displays the Minimum Payment the Customer. needs to make.
- Postal Code: This column displays the Postal Code of the Customer account.
- VIP Customer Since: This column displays since when the Customer has be a VIP Customer.
- Actions: This column enables you to Unlink the Customer account.
- 3 Unlink Account
The user can unlink the Customer's linked credit account by clicking the unlink button in the actions column. A pop-up will appear, prompting the user to confirm or cancel unlinking the account.
- Yes, remove it!: Click this button to unlink the credit account.
- No, Cancel!: Click this button to close the pop-up and cancel unlinking.
