You can access this page by clicking on Credit Program from your main menu and Settings from the drop-down menu.
General Settings
The Account section allows you to change various settings in the Credit Program module.

1 Module Title
The user can change the Module Title using this text field. For example, if we enter the text "In House Financing", the Title of the Module in Build will be renamed to In House Financing.

2 Allow Multiple Account
The user can change whether multiple Credit Program accounts are to be tied to a single Build Customer Account. This setting can be turned ON or OFF.

3 Email Token Validation
The user can allow an Email Validation to be sent to the Customer to verify their email address before linking a Credit Program Account. This setting can be turned ON or OFF.

4 Validation Type
The user can change the Validation Type to either use Email or Balance. If Email is selected, the Customers will need to use their email associated with their Credit Program account to link their account. If Balance is selected, the Customers will need to use their Last Statement Balance to link their account.

SFTP Settings
The SFTP Settings section allows you to change various file transfer settings.

1 FTP Server
The user can use this field to define the URL address of the FTP Server.

2 FTP Username
The user can use this field to define the username required to log into the FTP Server.

3 FTP Password
The user can define the password required to log into the FTP Server.

4 FTP Port
The user can define the port required to log into the FTP Server.

5 Statements Wildcard
The user can define the wildcard character sequence for the Customer Statement files.

6 Statements Folder
The user can define the folder location for the Credit Program Statements.

7 Pdfs Wildcard
The user can define the wildcard character sequence for the Customer Statement PDF files.

8 Pdfs Folder
The user can define the folder location for the Credit Program Statements.

9 Export Report Folder
Add New Brand to open a popup window. Enter a Brand Name and then click Add New Brand. Your Brand will be instantly created and added to the list.

10 Export Report Filename
Add New Brand to open a popup window. Enter a Brand Name and then click Add New Brand. Your Brand will be instantly created and added to the list.
Payment Settings
The Payment Settings section allows you to change payment settings related to One-Time Payments and Automatic Payment Subscriptions.

1 Credit Card
The user can choose [On|Off] whether customers can use a Credit Card for making payments.

2 E-check
The user can choose [On|Off] whether customers can use an E-Check for making payments.

3 Automatic Payments
The user can choose [On|Off] whether customers can have access to making Automatic Payments on the Customer Dashboard.

4 Automatic Payments Default Interval
The user can choose the default payment interval that is pre-selected for when Customers are setting up automatic payments. Payment intervals can be set to Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly.

5 Processing Fee
The user can add a processing fee that will be added to any one-time payment or automatic payment setup.

6 Require Confirmation for Payment Fields
The user can choose [On|Off] whether customers will need to enter their Credit Card number twice for confirmation. This also applies to using the E-Check payment method. The customer will need to enter their Account Number and Routing Number twice for confirmation.

7 Verify the Card with Authorization
The user can choose [On|Off] whether customers will have their card validated with a small charge before an Automatic Payment Subscription is active.

8 Card Validation Charge Amount
The user can choose the validation amount for verifying a credit card.

9 First Name
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's First Name is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

10 Last Name
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Last Name is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

11 Phone
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Phone Number is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

12 Email
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Email Address is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

13 Street Address
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Street Address is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

14 Apt / Suite
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Apt / Suite is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

15 City
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's City is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

16 State
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's State is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

17 Zip
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's ZIP code is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.

18 Country
The user can choose [On|Off] if the customer's Country is a visible field for entering payment information. Also, the user can choose [On|Off] if the field is mandatory.
Labels and Messages
The Labels & Messages section allows you to edit various labels found in the Credit Program Module.

1 Link Account Title
The user can edit the title of the page where a customer links their account.

2 Invalid Account Message
The user can edit the error message the customer receives when an invalid account is linked.

3 Transaction Success Message
The user can edit the success message the customer receives when a successful transaction is made.

4 Subscription Success Message
The user can edit the success message the customer receives when a successful Automatic Payment Subscription is made.

5 Automatic Payment Details Cancel Label
The user can edit the message the customer receives when a successful Automatic Payment Subscription is made.

6 Zip Code Disclaimer
The user can edit the ZIP code disclaimer message.

7 Payment Disclaimer (with check box)
The user can edit the payment disclaimer message. Customers are required to check the check box to complete the transaction.
Customer Statements
This section lets you set the interval at which the Customer Statements file is processed. Clicking the Map File button will take the user to a page where values taken from the Customers Statement File can be mapped
Fields are imported and listed on the Customer Statement Mapping page. The user can change the following.
Order: The Placement Order of the Fields.
Title: The Title of the Fields
Show in Dashboard: Choose whether or not to show the Fields in the Dashboard.
Show for Customer: Choose whether or not to show the Fields in the Customer Dashboard page.
Payment Reports
This section lets you set the interval at which the Payment Reports file is processed.
Import PDFs
This section lets you set the interval at which the PDF files are being imported and processed.
Automatic payments — Authorize.Net ARB sync
This section lets you set the interval at which active Authrize.net Subscriptions are synchronized to the website.
