Breadcrumb path: Products / Manage Brands
You can access this page by clicking on Products from your main menu, and Manage Brands from the dropdown menu.
Manage Brands Fundamental
In this section, you will learn to use the Manage Brands module. Manage Brands enables you to Add New Brand (using the button) and apply consistent rules and regulations to every single product associated with that brand, for all sources (Laravo, POS, and Local). The Add New Brand module will be covered in a later section (Add and Set Up New Brand).
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, you can continue to the next section of the guide (Manage Brands main screen).
Manage Brands
From the Manage Brands main screen, you can View, Filter, Sort, and Search your Brands. You can also perform other actions on your Brands, such as Change Status, Edit, and Delete.
- ● 1 Brand Name. This column displays the Brand Name that has been added from one of three sources. You can also use the dropdown menu to select the number of entries to display on each page.
- ● 2 Source. This column displays the number of items currently in the system, within a given Brand, sorted by Source (Laravo, POS, or Local). It will also display if Laravo is Not Connected.
- ● 3 Status [On | Off]. This setting controls the On / Off status for the entire Brand.
- ● 4 Actions. This column contains icons enabling you to Edit or Delete Brands data. The green icon enables you to Edit Brand (which will be covered in a later section). The red icon enables you to Delete a brand. Note: using the Delete icon will only remove products added locally. Those sourced from Laravo and POS will be retained. This will also be covered in the Edit Brand section.
- ● 5 Add New Brand. Clicking on this enables you to Add New Brand, by taking you to a new screen, which will be covered in a later section (Add and Set Up New Brand).
- ● 6 Page Navigation. Here you can scroll through the pages of different Brands entries.
This completes the user manual section for Manage Brands.
