You can access this page by clicking on Products from your main menu, and Manage Products from the dropdown menu.
Manage Products Fundamental
In this section, you will learn how to use the Manage Products module. From this screen, you can Search, Filter, and view all of your products, and sort them by various criteria. You can also complete a variety of actions with your Products, including Edit, Download, Print, and Delete.
To begin Manage Products:
- ● 1 [Add New Product]. Click this button to Add New Product. This is covered in more detail in Add and Edit Products.
- ● 2 [Stock/Price Uploader]. Click this button to open the Stock/Price Uploader. This is covered in more detail in Stock/Price Uploader.
- ● 3 [Local Product Uploader]. Click this button to open the Local Product Uploader. This is covered in more detail in Local Product Uploader.
- ● 4 [Products Content Generator]. Click this button to open the Products Content Generator. This is covered in more detail in Products Content Generator.
- ● 5 [Sorting Uploader]. Click this button to open the Sorting Uploader. This is covered in more detail in Sorting Uploader.
- ● 6 [Group Uploader]. Click this button to open the Group Uploader. This is covered in more detail in Sorting Uploader.
- ● 7 [Filter]. Click this button to expand and reveal new fields as shown below.
- ● 1 In this area dropdown menus appear, that enable you to Filter the Products shown in the table according to various criteria.
- Product Type [All product types]. In this dropdown, you can select the Product Type as a Filter.
- MRS [Filter MRS]. In this dropdown, you can select Passed or Not Passed as Filters. MRS stands for Minimum Required Specifications.
- Brand [All brands]. In this dropdown, you can select any given Brand as a Filter, or you can also select All brands.
- Data Source [Filter by data source]. In this dropdown, you can select the Source as a Filter. You can Filter by Laravo (Brand Data), Local Data, and Laravo (POS Data).
- Price (From - To). In these two fields, you can enter From and To values for a Price range as a Filter.
- Product Mode [Filter Products]. Click this dropdown menu to Filter either by Regular Products or 3D Products.
- ● 2 [Show Entries | On | Off | Delete].
- [Show Entries]. This field enables you to specify the number of Entries to show in the table.
- On | Off | Delete. In this area, you can turn any selected items On or Off. You can also delete any selected items using the red Delete icon.
- ● 3 In this area, you can Customize Columns, Download, Print, or Search.
- [Customize Columns]. Click this button to Customize Columns by selecting which ones to display.
- [Download]. Click this button to Download the list of products. You may choose to download the file in the following formats: Excel, PDF, CSV, and JSON.
- [Print]. Click this button to Print the list of shown products.
- [Search]. In this field, you can enter Search terms to be displayed in the results.
- ● 4 Columns. In these columns, you will find a variety of Product information displayed. You can also sort these products by clicking on the arrows next to the column title. The checkbox allows you to Select individual products.
- Image. In this column, the Image of the product is displayed.
- Name. In this column, the Name of the product is displayed.
- Brand. In this column, the Brand of the product is displayed.
- Model Number. In this column, the Model Number of the product is displayed.
- GUID. In this column, the GUID of the product is displayed.
- Retail Price. In this column, the Retail Price of the product is displayed.
- Data Source. In this column, the Data Source of the product is displayed.
- Status [On | Off]. In this column, the On | Off Status of the product is displayed and can be changed.
- MRS. In this column, the status of whether the MRS of the product has been met is displayed.
- Actions (Edit). In this column, the Edit icon is displayed, which will bring up a new Edit screen when clicked on. This is covered in more detail in Add and Edit Product.
