You can access this page by clicking on Pages from the main menu, and Manage All Pages from the dropdown menu.
Manage All Pages Fundamental
In this module you will learn to search, filter, view, and manage pages. This includes setting the Homepage and Status, and other actions such as Edit and Delete.
From this screen you can Manage All Pages that you have entered into the system. In the upper right corner, you can click the Help ? button to access the Build user manual for this module.
- ● 1 Search. In this field, you can enter Search terms for your Pages. An example has been given to return matches for the “form” Search query.
- ● 2 Columns. These columns display different fields and information regarding your Pages.
- Page Name. This column displays the Page Name that you selected when the Page was created.
- Uri Alias. This column displays the Uri Alias, which is the name that comes after the domain name.
- Page Type. This column displays the displays the Page Type.
- GUID. This column displays the GUID (Global Unique Identifier) for the Page.
- Homepage. This column displays a radio button. If selected, the corresponding Page entry will become the Homepage. There can only be one Homepage in your environment.
- Status [On | Off]. This setting controls whether or not the Page is active. If you try to visit a page that is turned off, a “Page Not Found” default message will display on the page. [front end example]
- Actions [Copy Edit | Delete]. This column displays three icons that allow you to Copy, Edit, or Delete the Page. For more information on how to Edit a Page, consult other sections of the Build user manual, such as Static Page Builder - The Editor and Form Builder - The Editor.
