You can access this page by clicking on Settings from the main menu, and General Settings from the dropdown menu.

General Settings Fundamental

In this module, you will learn how to use General Settings. These Settings relate to the standard format for currency to be used on your website.

General Settings

• ● 1 Shop ID

  The user can use the generated Shop ID to enter into the Build Mobile App to link their store. 

• ● 2 Country Code

  The user can use this field to enter their Country Code. Examples: US, CA, JP. The default is US. 

• ● 3 Currency Code
• The user can use this field to enter their Currency Code. Examples: USD, CAD. The default is USD. 

• ● 4 Money Format

  The user can use this field to enter the Money Format. The default is %2n.

• ● 5 Image Ratio

  The user can change the Image Ratio used for product images on the website. Either a 1x1 or 5x8 image ratio can be selected. 

• ● 6 Thumbnail Image Ratio
• The user can change the Thumbnail Image Ratio used for product thumbnail images on the product pages. Either a 1x1 or 5x8 image ratio can be selected.

• ● 7 Thumbnail Image Size

  The user can change the Thumbnail Image Size used for product thumbnail images on the product pages.

• ● 8 Filter Image Ratio

  The user can change the Filter Image Ratio used for product images on the filter pages. Either a 1x1 or 5x8 image ratio can be selected.

• ● 9 Filter Image Size

  The user can change the Filter Image Ratio used for product thumbnail images on the filter pages. 

• ● 10 Timezone

  The user can change the Timezone for the store. 

• ● 11 Terms And Conditions link

  The user can enter the Terms and Conditions Link. This is a link to the Terms and Conditions static page on the website. 

• ● 12 Privacy Policy link

  The user can enter the Privacy Policy Link. This is a link to the Privacy Policy Link static page on the website. 

• ● 13 Main Logo

  The user can enter the URL to the Main Logo. The URL of the Main Logo can be taken from using the File Manager module and getting the URL from the uploaded Main Logo image. 

• ● 14 Session Timeout (Hours)

  The user can enter the Session Timeout (Hours). This is the number of hours a Dashboard or Frontend user can be inactive before being logged out of the website. The minimum amount of hours can only be set to 1.

Click the Submit button to save all changes to the General Settings.
