You can access this page by clicking on Groups from your main menu and Group Settings from the dropdown.
Group Settings Fundamental
In this section, you will learn how to use the Groups module. In Group Settings, you can Add a new Group, as well as Edit or Delete existing Groups.
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, this guide will walk you through the Group Settings portion of the Groups module.
- 1 Add. Click here to Add a New Group. A new window will open, prompting you to enter Name and Description into the relevant fields. Click the Save button when you are ready to Add the New Group.
- 2 Search. Enter Search terms into this field to find existing Groups.
- 3 Columns. The following columns display information about Groups.
- Name. This column displays the Name of the Group.
- Updated At. This column displays the date and time that the Group was Updated At.
- Created At. This column displays the date and time that the Group was Created At.
- Status. This column displays the On or Off Status of the Group.
- Actions. This column displays Edit and Delete buttons for the Group.
- Edit. Click this button to open up a new screen.
Edit Group
- 1 Main Info. This section enables you to make changes to Main Info for your Groups.
- 2 Name and Status.
- Name *. In this field, enter a Name for your Group.
- Status [On | Off]. This button enables you to control whether the Group is turned On or Off.
- 3 Customers. This section allows you to Add or Remove Customers from your Group.

- Show entries. This enables you to select the number of entries to Show.
- Add. Click here to Add a Customer to a Group.
- Remove. Click here to Remove a Customer from a Group.
- Show Added. Click here to Show Added Customers below.
- Search. In this box, enter Search terms for your Customers below.
- 5 Columns.
- Name. This column displays the Name of the Customer.
- Email. This column displays the Email address of the Customer.
- Checkbox. Click this checkbox to select Customers to Add to a Group.
Now that you’ve finished learning about Customers Groups, you can continue to the next section (Pages).
- 1 Pages. This section enables you to make changes to Pages for your Groups.

- Show entries. This enables you to select the number of entries to Show.
- Add. Click here to Add a Page to a Group.
- Remove. Click here to Remove a Page from a Group.
- Show Added. Click here to Show Added Pages below.
- Search. In this box, enter Search terms for your Pages below.
- 3 Columns.
- Page Name. This column displays the Page Name.
- Uri Alias. This column displays the Uri Alias.
- Page Type. This column displays the Page Type.
- GUID. This column displays the GUID.
- Checkbox. Click this checkbox to select Pages to Add to a Group.
Now that you have finished Pages, you can continue onto the next section (Brands).

- Search. In this box, enter Search terms for your Brands below.

- Brand Group. This column displays the Brand Group.
- Brand Name. This column displays the Brand Name.
- Data Source. This column displays the Uri Alias.
- Number of Items. This column displays the Number of Items in the Brand.
- Checkbox. Click this checkbox to select Brands to Add to a Group.
Now that you have finished Pages, you can continue onto the next section (Brands).
- 1 Products. This section enables you to make changes to Products for your Groups.

- Show entries. This enables you to select the number of entries to Show.
- Add. Click here to Add a Product to a Group.
- Remove. Click here to Remove a Product from a Group.
- Show Added. Click here to Show Added Products below.
- Search. In this box, enter Search terms for your Products below.
- 3 Columns.
- Image. This column displays the Image for the Product.
- Name. This column displays the Name for the Product.
- Brand. This column displays the Brand for the Product.
- Model Number. This column displays the Model Number for the Product.
- GUID. This column displays the GUID for the Product.
- Retail Price. This column displays the Retail Price for the Product.
- Stock Availability. This column displays the Stock Availability of the Product.
- Checkbox. Click this checkbox to select Products to Add to a Group.
