Manage Diamonds Fundamental
In this module, you will learn how to manage Manage Diamonds. From this screen, you can Add New Diamonds, use the Local Diamonds Uploader, Search, Filter, View, and otherwise Manage Diamonds.

(1) Manage Diamonds - Main Screen
This screen displays a table of Diamonds currently in your system and allows you to Manage Diamonds by performing a variety of functions, including Add New Diamond, Search, and Filter.
- ● 1 Add New Diamond and Local Diamonds Uploader.
- Add New Diamond. This button enables you to Add New Diamond and reveals the fields below.
- [Diamond Title | Add Diamond]. You can enter a Diamond Title in the field, and then click the Add Diamond button to bring up a new screen.
- Note: for an in-depth guide to Add New Diamond, please refer to the user manual Add New Diamond (Local).
- Local Diamonds Uploader. This button enables you to Upload Local Diamonds and brings up a new screen allowing you to select a Local Diamonds file to upload. For more detailed instructions on Local Diamonds Uploader, please refer to the end of this article.
- ● 2 Filter. You can click this button to reveal the ● 3 Filter fields below which apply to the ● 4 Search field.
- Filter MRS [Passed | Not Passed]. This dropdown enables you to Filter for Diamonds which have either Passed or Not Passed the Minimum Required Specifications (MRS).
- Filter by source [Local | Laravo | POS]. This dropdown enables you to Filter by whether the Diamond source is Laravo, POS, or Local.
- Price (From - To). These fields enable you to enter From - To values to Filter by a Price range.
- Apply Filters. This button enables you to Apply Filters specified above.
- ● 4 This row includes a number of fields that apply to the table below.
- Show entries. This field enables you to choose the number of entries to display in the table.
- [On | Off]. This button enables you to Diamond On or Off.
- Delete. This button enables you to Delete a Diamond.
- Customize Columns. This dropdown menu enables you to Customize Columns displayed in the table.
- Download. This dropdown menu enables you to Download your Diamonds information in various file formats.
- Print. This button enables you to Print your Diamonds information.
- Search. In this field, you can enter Search terms for Diamonds in your system and then click the Search button.
- ● 5 Columns. These columns display a variety of information about your Diamonds.
- Name. This column displays the Name of the Diamond.
- Image. This column displays the Image of the Diamond.
- Brand. This column displays the Brand of the Diamond.
- Model Number. This column displays the Model Number of the Diamond.
- GUID. This column displays the GUID of the Diamond.
- Retail Price. This column displays the Retail Price of the Diamond.
- Data Source. This column displays the Data Source of the Diamond.
- Status [On | Off]. This column displays and allows you to change the On/Off Status of the Diamond.
- MRS. This column displays whether the MRS of the Diamond have been met.
- Actions. This column allows you to Edit the Diamond.

● 2 Add New Diamond
- ● 1 Add New Diamond. This section enables you to Add New Diamond by completing the field below.
- Diamond Title. In this field, enter a Diamond Title.
- Add Diamond. After you have entered a Diamond Title above, click this button to Add Diamond.

● 3 Local Diamonds Uploader
- ● 1 Download. This section enables you to Download your Local Diamonds Data.
- Brand. This dropdown enables you to select the Brand for Download. The default Brand is Diamond. If more Diamond Brands are added, they will become available in this menu.
- Download. Click this button to Download the Brand Product Data for Diamonds.
- ● 2 Upload. This section enables you to Upload Local Diamonds Data.
- Brand. This dropdown enables you to select the Brand. The default Brand is Diamond. If more Diamond Brands are added, they will become available in this menu.
- Choose file [Browse]. Click here to Choose a file for Upload.
- Upload. Click this button to Upload the File you have selected above.
- ● 3 Sample Template. Click this button to Download a Sample Template for Local Diamonds Data.
