Diamond FTP Fundamental
This section of the guide will walk you through the Diamond FTP module. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is one of several ways that loose Diamonds can be added to your webpage. Diamond FTP sets up a direct import link to a data source, all of which can be configured from this screen.
Now that you have learned the fundamental idea, the user manual will continue to walk you through the Diamond FTP module.
Diamond FTP
- ● 1 FTP Connection. Selecting the FTP Connection option from this menu displays the following options.
- ● 2 FTP Credentials & Receiving File Format.
- ● 3 No FTP configuration. The default message is No FTP configuration until one has been set up.
- ● 4 File Format [CSV | TXT | JSON | XML]. This setting controls which File Format to use for FTP configuration.
- ● 5 New FTP Account. Click this button to add a New FTP Account. A new window will appear, shown below.
- ● 1 New FTP Account. In this section, complete the following fields to Create a New FTP Account.
- ○ Username *. In this field, enter a Username for your New FTP Account.
- ○ Password *. In this field, enter a Password for your New FTP Account.
- ○ Create. Click this button after completing the above fields to Create Your New FTP Account.
After you have finished completing the section on FTP Credentials & Receiving File Format you can continue to the next section (Items).
- ● 1 Items. This window displays various options that relate to Items.
- ● 2 Status | Last Update | Last Mapped. In this row, you will find information on your Items.
- ○ Status. This field displays the Status of your Items.
- ○ Last Update. This field displays the Date of the Last Update of your Items.
- ○ Last Mapped. This field displays the Date that your Items were Last Mapped.
- ● 3 Import Items [On | Off | Map File]. Click on this setting to turn On or Off your Items. Click the Map File button to open a new screen that displays FTP Diamonds Mapping.
- ● 4 Import Items Interval [Set | Run Now]. Click Import Items Interval to open a new screen prompting you to Set Time Interval and Select Recurrence to determine how often the items will be Imported.
- ● 5 View Logs. Click this button to View any Logs that have been Imported using Diamond FTP.
- ● Save. Click this button to Save the changes made above.
After you have completed Diamond FTP - FTP Connection, please continue to the next section of Diamond FTP, covering Markup.
- ● 1 Add Markup. Click this green button to Add a Markup below.
- ● 2 In these fields, enter Price Settings information.
- ○ Size From *. In this field, enter the starting point of the Size From * range.
- ○ Size To *. In this field, enter the ending point of the Size To * range.
- ○ Markup Value *. In this field, enter the Markup Value *.
- ● Save. After you have completed the previous fields, click Save to add the Markup.
After you have finished with Markup, that completes the user manual for Diamond FTP.
