You can access this module by clicking on Diamonds from your main menu and Diamond Specifications from the dropdown.
Diamonds Specifications Fundamental
This module enables you to manage your Diamond Specifications. You can Add New Specification as well as edit the Specifications already included in your system. As with products, Diamonds have their own set of industry-standard specifications, which are highly useful as filter and search criteria.
There are a total of 21 industry-standard Diamond Specifications, listed below:
- ● Cut Grade, Depth, Depth %., Depth Unit., Diamond Clarity, Diamond Color, Diamond Shape, Diamond Type, Diamond Weight, Fancy Color, Fancy Color Intensity, Fluorescence Color, Girdle %, Lab, Length, Length Unit, Polish Grade, Symmetry Grade, Table %, Width, Width Unit.

Diamond Specifications
- ● 1 Upper right. Download CSV / Upload CSV / Add New Specification / Help ?.
- Download CSV / Upload CSV. These two buttons enable you to Upload or Download a CSV file to or from your Diamond Specifications database.
- Add New Specification. Clicking on the Add New Specification button reveals a field. Here, you can enter a Specification Name and then click the Create button. The New Specification will appear in the table below.
- Help ?. Click this button to access the user manual for this module.
- Search. In this field, you can enter Search terms for Diamond Specifications.
- ● 2 Columns. These columns display various options and information about the Diamond Specifications.
- Specification. This column displays the name of the Specification.
- Attributes. This column displays various Attributes for the Diamond Specification.

- Enter Numeric Values. Selecting this option allows you to Enter Numeric Values.
- Enter Numeric and Text Values. Selecting this option allows you to Enter Numeric and Text Values.
- Select Option Box. Selecting this option allows you to Select Option Box.
- Add Values By Range. Clicking on this button will open up fields allowing you to enter To and From Values to specify a Range.
- Product Types. This column displays the Product Type which is automatically set to Diamond.
- Mandatory. This column displays a checkbox next to any Product Types selected to the left. Checking this box will determine that the Specification is Mandatory.
- Download / Upload. This column displays icon buttons to Upload or Download the Diamond Specifications Data for the respective Specification.

Diamond Specifications Orders
This table allows you to select the order of Diamond Specifications.
- ● 1 Product Type. This field displays the Product Type, automatically set to Diamond in this module, which cannot be changed.
- ● 2 Columns. These columns include information regarding Diamond Specifications Order.
- Specifications. This column displays the Specifications for the Diamond Product Type.
- Dashboard Order. This column displays the Order of the Specification as it appears on your Dashboard.
- Frontend Order. This column displays the Order of the Specification as it appears on the Frontend of your website.
