You can access this page by clicking on Inquiries from the main menu, and Form Submissions from the dropdown menu.
Form Submissions Fundamental
In this module, you will learn how to Manage Inquiries - Forms. Form Submissions are individual Forms completed by your site visitors. In this section, you will be able to View, Edit, and Delete any Form Submissions.
All Forms built using the Form Builder and Form Builder Editor will be automatically connected to the Manage Inquiries - Forms section. Here is an example of a Newsletter Form Page that will be connected to the Manage Inquiries - Forms section.
When a site visitor clicks on the Register button, this Inquiry will be listed on the Manage Inquiries - Form Submissions page, as seen below:
From this screen, you can Manage Inquiries - Forms that have been created by your site visitors.
- ● 1 Filter By Form. In this dropdown menu, you can choose to Filter the list displayed below, by a specific Form. This is reflected in the Form Title column below. All Forms you have added using the Form Builder module will be displayed in this menu.
- ● 2 Choose Columns | CSV. In this area you will find two buttons related to Form Submissions:
- Choose Columns. This button enables you to activate or deactivate the Columns to be displayed on this screen.
- CSV. This button enables you to download your Form Submissions in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.
- ● 3 Search. This field enables you to Search for Form Submissions currently in your database.
- ● 4 Columns. In this area you will find a number of Columns displaying information about your Form Submissions. Clicking on the up or down arrow icon next to each column title will sort by ascending or descending order.
- Form Title. This column displays the Form Title for the corresponding Form Submission.
- Guid. This column displays the GUID (Global Unique Identifier).
- First Name | Last Name. This column displays the First and Last Name of the site visitor who made the Form Submission.
- Phone. This column displays the Phone number of the site visitor who made the Form Submission.
- Email. This column displays the Email address of the site visitor who made the Form Submission.
- Comments. Displayed in this column are any Comments from the site visitor who made the Form Submission.
- Date. This column displays the Date that the Form Submission was made.
- Time. This column displays the Time that the Form Submission was made.
- IP Address. This column displays the IP Address of the site visitor who made the Form Submission.
- Actions [Edit | Delete]. This column displays two icons that allow you to Edit or Delete the Form Submission.
- ● 4 Number of new inquiries will be shown in this column (for each type of Inquiry page). As soon as the Manage Inquiries screen is visited for the corresponding Inquiries, that number will reset.
