Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries Fundamental
In this module you will learn how to Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries. Newsletter Registries are individual Newsletter Forms completed by your site visitors. In this section, you will be able to View, Edit, and Delete any Newsletter Registries.
All Newsletters will be automatically connected to the Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries section. Here is an example of a Newsletter Page that will be connected to the Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries section:
When a site visitor clicks on the Register button, this Inquiry will be listed on the Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries page, as seen below:
From this screen you can Manage Inquiries - Newsletter Registries that have been created by your site visitors.
- ● 1 Choose Columns | CSV. In this area you will find two buttons related to Newsletter Registries:
- Choose Columns. This button enables you to activate or deactivate the Columns to be displayed on this screen.
- CSV. This button enables you to download your Newsletter Registries in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.
- ● 2 Search. This field enables you to Search for Newsletter Registries currently in your database.
- ● 3 Columns. In this area, you will find a number of Columns displaying information about your Newsletter Registries. Clicking on the up or down arrow icon next to each column title will sort by ascending or descending order.
- Newsletter Title. This column displays the Newsletter Title for the corresponding Newsletter Registry.
- Guid. This column displays the GUID (Global Unique Identifier) of the Newsletter Registry.
- IP Address. This column displays the IP Address of the site visitor who made the Newsletter Registry.
- Actions [Edit | Delete]. This column displays two icons that allow you to Edit or Delete the Newsletter Registry.
- ● 4 Number of new inquiries will be shown in this column (for each type of Inquiry page). As soon as the Manage Inquiries screen is visited for the corresponding Inquiries, that number will reset.
