Ring + Diamond Inquiries Fundamental
In this section, you will learn how to use the Manage Inquiries - Ring + Diamond Inquiry module. Ring + Diamond Inquiries are individual requests sent by your site visitors asking for more information about a Ring + Diamond. In this module, you will be able to View, Edit, and Delete any Ring + Diamond Inquiries.
Here is an example of a Ring + Diamond Page and the Inquiry Button that your site visitors will have access to in order to send Inquiries into the Manage Inquiries - Ring + Diamond Inquiry section.
When a site visitor clicks on the Ring + Diamond Inquiry Button another window will pop up with an Inquiry Form for the visitor to fill out (as shown here):
- ● 1 First Name*. In this field, the site visitor must enter a First Name to be identified with the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- ● 2 Last Name* . In this field, the site visitor must enter a Last Name to be identified with the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- ● 3 Phone Number*. In this field, the site visitor must enter a Phone Number to be identified with the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- ● 4 Email Address*. In this field, the site visitor must enter an Email Address to be identified with the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- ● 5 Message. In this field, the site visitor may enter a Message (or additional comments) to be identified with the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
After a site visitor completes a Ring + Diamond Inquiry, it will be listed on the Manage Inquires - Ring + Diamond Inquiry page, as shown below:
From this screen, you can Manage Inquiries - Ring + Diamond Inquiries that have been created by your site visitors.
- ● 1 Choose Columns | CSV. In this area you will find two buttons related to Ring + Diamond Inquiries:
- Choose Columns. This button enables you to activate or deactivate the Columns displayed on this screen.
- CSV. This button enables you to download your Ring + Diamond Inquiries in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.
- ● 2 Search. This field enables you to Search for Ring + Diamond Inquiries currently in your database.
- ● 3 Columns. These Columns display information about your Ring + Diamond Inquiries. Clicking on the up or down arrow icon next to each column title will sort by ascending or descending order.
- Title. This column displays the Ring + Diamond Title for the corresponding Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Guid. This column displays the GUID (Global Unique Identifier).
- First Name | Last Name. This column displays the First and Last Name of the site visitor who made the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Phone. This column displays the Phone number of the site visitor who made the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Email. This column displays the Email address of the site visitor who made the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Comments. Displayed in this column are any Comments from the site visitor who made the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Date. This column displays the Date that the Ring + Diamond Inquiry was made.
- IP Address. This column displays the IP Address of the site visitor who made the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- Actions [Edit | Delete]. This column displays two icons that allow you to Edit or Delete the Ring + Diamond Inquiry.
- ● 4 Number of new inquiries will be shown in this column (for each type of Inquiry page). As soon as the Manage Inquiries screen is visited for the corresponding Inquiries, that number will reset.
