Popup Submissions Fundamental
In this module, you will learn how to Manage Inquiries - Popup Submissions. Popup Submissions are individual Popups completed by your site visitors. In this section, you will be able to View, Edit, and Delete any Popup Submissions.
All Popups built using the Popup Builder will be automatically connected to the Manage Inquiries - Popup Submissions section. Here is an example of a Popup Page that will be connected to the Manage Inquiries - Popup Submissions section:
When a site visitor clicks on the Register button, this Inquiry will be listed on the Manage Inquiries - Popup Submissions page, as seen below:
From this screen, you can Manage Inquiries - Popup Submissions that have been created by your site visitors.
- ● 1 Choose Columns | CSV. In this area you will find two buttons related to Popup Submissions:
- Choose Columns. This button enables you to activate or deactivate the Columns to be displayed on this screen.
- CSV. This button enables you to download your Popup Submissions in CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
- ● 2 Search. This field enables you to Search for Popup Submissions currently in your database.
- ● 3 Columns. In this area, you will find a number of Columns displaying information about your Popup Submissions. Clicking on the up or down arrow icon next to each column title will sort by ascending or descending order.
- Popup Title. This column displays the Popup Title for the corresponding Popup Submission.
- Guid. This column displays the GUID (Global Unique Identifier) of the Popup Submission.
- Email. This column displays the Email address of the site visitor who made the Popup Submission.
- Date. This column displays the Date that the Popup Submission was made.
- Time. This column displays the Time that the Popup Submission was made.
- IP Address. This column displays the IP Address of the site visitor who made the Popup Submission.
- Actions [Edit | Delete]. These two icons allow you to Edit or Delete the Popup Submission.
- ● 4 Number of new inquiries will be shown in this column (for each type of Inquiry page). As soon as the Manage Inquiries screen is visited for the corresponding Inquiries, that number will reset.
